Wind turbines are best suited for moderate wind areas, greater than 12 mph average wind speed. Tower configurations range from freestanding, guyed or monopole.  Heights are typically 60-120 feet tall, with 100 being the average. 

We also offer a line of vertical axis wind turbines (VAWT) that can be mounted on commercial rooftops or shorter 20-30 foot monopole towers.  These machines are able to capture the wind from any direction, ideally suited for more turbulent wind areas.
